Norman E. Stewart, age 97, of Washington, Kansas, died Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at Community Memorial Hospital in Marysville, Kansas.
Visitation will be held Sunday, October 4, from 3 to 6 p.m. at Ward Funeral Home in Washington, with the family present to receive friends.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, October 5, at Washington Christian Church, with Pastor Eli Sweany officiating.
Burial will follow in Washington City Cemetery.
A memorial fund has been established in Norman’s name and will be designated at a later date. Contributions may be sent in care of Ward Funeral Home, P.O. Box 157, Washington, KS 66968.
