Norma Faye Dodds

Norma Faye Dickson Dodds, born February 11, 1934, woke up in the arms of Jesus on Oct. 11, 2023. Her parents, Jim and Vera Dickson, her elder siblings, Jimmy Dickson and Bonnie Dickson Steele, and her daughter Shelly preceded her in death.

A graveside service was held in the Washington City Cemetery on November 16, 2023, at 3 p.m.

Norma had a true passion for life. Born and raised in Washington, she married her childhood sweetheart, Duncan Dodds, and travelled the world as an Air Force wife. Her greatest achievement was as a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her passion for Jesus, her hospitality and generosity, encouragement and unconditional love has shaped the lives of her family and friends around the world.

Norma is celebrated and mourned by her daughter and son-in-law, Becky and Roy Stephen, her son and daughter-in-law, Duncan and Laurie Dodds, her grandchildren Sarah Dodds Gregory, Seliece Dodds Morrow, Shannon Dodds Watler, Joshua Roy Stephen, as well as her great grandchildren Keith, Michael, Chandler, Berkley and Leighton.
