Duane L. Kroulik

Duane Lynn Kroulik, 65, Haddam, died June 17, 2020 at his home. A Celebration of Life will be held 1 p.m., July 2, 2020 at the Cuba Social Center, Cuba, KS. The family requests everyone share memories and stories. A lunch will be served. Duane was born August 25, 1954 at Concordia to Vernon and Lela (Kalivoda) Kroulik. He graduated high school and worked as a welder and fabricator in manufacturing for several years. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and attending auctions and garage sales. He was a collector, especially memorabilia for Harley Davidson or motorcycles in general. Preceding him in death were his parents; wife, Tonja; and brother, Darrell Kroulik. Survivors include sons, Richard Kroulik, Lincoln, NE, John Kroulik, Concordia; stepchildren, Robert Dyke and Brandi Dyke, both of Concordia; sisters, Sharon Landry, Concordia, Brenda Frost, Miami, OK; and several grandchildren. A memorial fund is established and will be designated later. Contributions may be sent in care of Ward Funeral Home, Washington.
