DeLoris Rosenkranz

DeLoris Rosenkranz, 83, Washington, died Thursday, March 9, 2006 at the Homestead Nursing Home. She was born, April 1, 1922 in Cuba, KS to Joel and Stella (Morgan) Freeman. DeLoris worked as a telephone operator. On August 23, 1941 she was united in marriage to Garold “Bill” Rosenkranz at the Washington Presbyterian Church. To this union they were blessed with two children, Janice and Ronald. She was preceded in death by her husband; son; and parents. Grandma Rosy is survived by daughter Janice and husband George Cecrle, Hollenberg; 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. The funeral service was held at the Washington Christian Church, 11:00 am on Monday, March 13, 2006. Pastor John Frey officiated. Burial was in the Washington City Cemetery. Casketbearers were Chuck Walter, Scott Decker, Travis Kier, John Kern, Ryan Kern and Scott Weber.
