MORROWVILLE – Robert Louis Lehman, 65, Morrowville, died Friday November 18, 2005 at his home. He was born March 28, 1940 in Goodland, KS to Herman L and Christina S. (Boerger) Lehman. Bob was a press foreman for the Fairbury Journal News, Fairbury, NE. He was also a member of the volunteer fire department and a member of the Lions Club. On December 1, 1961, Bob was united in marriage to Bonnie Jean Ginn at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Washington,KS. Bob was preceded in death by his parents; four sisters, Mary Banninger, Helen Lehman, Ida Lehman, Dorothy Long; and a brother, Terry Lehman. He is survived by wife Jean, Morrowville; a son, Jeff and wife Gidget, Morrowville; a daughter, Tammy Fencl and husband Craig, Morrowville, four brothers, Leonard and wife Donna, Bill and wife Cheryl, all of Topeka, Lawrence and wife Lola, Clay Center, LeRoy and wife Elfrieda, Linn; eight sisters, Betty Long and husband Ivan, Catherine Wilkens, Lillian Rippe and husband Dale, Jeanette Hoerner and husband Richard, all of Linn, Louise Rahe and husband Elmo, Hillsboro, Ruth Simnitt and husband Terry, Judy Lotz and husband John, all of Topeka, Patty Rahe, Hanover; and four grandchildren. Funeral service was held Monday, November 21, 2005 at 10:00 at the Church of Christ, Morrowville. Rev. Ron Brown officiated. Burial was in Morrowville Cemetery. Casket bearers were, Don Slater, Les Ayers, Harold Nutsch, Cecil Grover, Tim Gilliam and Leo Moore. A memorial fund is established to be designated by the family at a later date.
