Gertrude Mary Hadde

GREENLEAF – Gertrude Mary Hadde, 92, Greenleaf, died Thursday, November 3, 2005 at the Washington County Hospital. She was born on August 11, 1913 at Greenleaf, to Ernest and Margaret (Diederich) Hadde. She was a farmer and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Lawrence Hadde; and sister in law Rose Hadde. Gertrude is survived by a brother, Bernard Hadde, Greenleaf; 5 nieces, and several great nieces and nephews. Her funeral service was held at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Kimeo on November 8, 2005 at 10:00 am. Father James Hoover and Sister Marilyn Wall officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery. Casket bearers were, Mark Diederich, Fred Meyer, Jim Martin, Greg Diederich, Larry Hadorn and Mick Walter. A memorial fund was established to the church restoration fund.
