Shirley Pischer

WASHINGTON -- Shirley Pischer, 71, Washington, died Saturday, June 2, 2007. Mrs. Pischer was born Shirley Hardy on Jan. 2, 1936, in Odell, Neb. to Carl and Urith (Champ) Hardy. She was a bank teller for several years. On June 20, 1954 Shirley was united in marriage to Jerry Pischer at the Washington Christian Church, Washington. Survivors include her husband, Jerry, of Washington; two daughters, Lorinda Brazil and husband Tony of Fountain, Colo., and Pauline Humiston and husband Tom of Hanover, Colo.; two sisters, Marilyn Hanshaw and husband Kermit of Washington and Lila Koch and husband Lyle of Sterling, Colo.; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Washington Christian Church. Inurnment will be private.
